Problem posting photos

I have been able to post photos okay but a wee while ago a photo I posted 'disappeared' and when I tried to post it again the link was in my message but not there when I submitted it?

Well it gets even stranger as others can see the photo I posted but I can't! I can't use smilies either! EDIT It is only Photobucket I have a problem with as I can see all the Imageshack Photos I posted and can post from there as well.
