Highland Cream

Quick, easy and yummy.

25g / 1 oz flaked almonds, chopped
25g / 1 oz medium oatmeal
25g / 1 oz breadcrumbs
142 ml / 5 fl oz double cream
3 tbsp whisky
2 tbsp clear honey
150 g / 5 oz natural yogurt

Mix the almonds, oatmeal and breadcrumbs together and toast them under a hot grill until they are golden brown. Leave to cool.
Whip the cream, whisky and honey together to form soft peaks.
Fold in the yogurt and toasted almond mixture.
Spoon into glasses or small bowls and chill.

Try to share it with other family members. (This is not easy)
