BMW road warmers

I was reading today in a car mag how BMW have engineered the perfect drive in all weather conditions.
The result of 20 years of German engineering which could represent perhaps the single most important
contribution to the motor industry in the past decade.

Road warmers employ laser technology to ensure constant road condtions, four pivoting
convex lasers are mounted in front of each wheel, these work in tandem with five speed
turbo fans, these can melt snow and ice and also dry the road of excess moisture.

What a great idea, bet it's expensive though!

It was always my understanding that april fools tricks should stop at noon, otherwise the person trying to catch out the unwary was deemed to be the fool themselves ;)
