I hate to be beaten but this problem has really got me. I have taken over a group's webmail and am trying to sort out the Group Contact list. I remember once there was an Address button but this disappeared some months ago (several of us access this webmail) and I'm sure that was the best way to organise a Group. It refers to it in Help but I can't see anywhere how to get the Address button back, or even the toolbar. At the moment I'm editing using the Contact list in the folders menu but adding Contacts to a Group only adds the email address, not the name, and they appear at the end of the list in brackets. Most of the Group list is in order but there are also some names at the beginning which are random. The Contacts list can be sorted by name but not the Group list.
Where has the Address button gone? How can I get the Group list to show names and put them in alphabetical order (the main Contacts list is fine)? I'd be happy to phone anyone who can talk me through this.
