Had just turned of the Causeymire making home to Thurso today at 3.15 p.m. and noticed a black and white cat lying on the middle of the road.
A gentleman stopped and picked the cat up and put it at the side of the road. It must have happened just before we came upon the scene as the cat was still warm.
You would think that when drivers hit an animal they would do the decent thing and move it of the road.
Am posting this as someone will be looking for their pet.
