Resizing photos

Hi all,
Sorry if this has already been asked, i quickly looked. Sometime last year I was able to download something to let me resize photos. I would right click on a photo and it would give me the option to make it small, medium or large. We had to redo the whole computer a while back so I lost this feature.
Does anyone know where I can find it again?

This (http://www.filehungry.com/english/product/windows_software/utilities/compression_tools/resize_jpegs) looks like it might have been the utility you were using - nice 'n' easy to use too by the looks of it.

Just click on the Primary Download underneath the Resize JPEGs title to download it.
