Any exercise classes?

Im just starting work in Thurso and wondered if there were any exercise classes on the go?

Are there any official ones such as Body Pump or Spinning classes??

I go to step aerobics on a Tuesday night at 730-830pm Mount Pleasant School. Its off now for a few weeks as it's easter.
Kate Stewart also does other classes but not sure what.

Kate Stewart runs classes in Mount Pleasant School:

Monday night - Pilates 7.30-8.30pm
Tuesday night - Step 7.30 - 8.30pm
Thursday night - Tai Bo aerobics 7.30-8.30pm

All cost £2.50 per session
Thurso swimming pool also have a gym but think you may need to get an induction before going along you can call them on 893260
