I have had a bit of a biscuit addiction recently so decided i need to get back to the gym more.
I did a hip hop dance class to keep fit tonight. OMG i didn't think it was too bad at the time but i am so stiff now! i am going to suffer tomorrow!

have a good rub down before you go to bed, enjoyable and relaxing will help those poor muscles..........I use an easy strider, and still my legs feel like ive traped up ben nevis....
