Tree Preservation orders

Hi All

I am in the process of buying a new home. The survey pointed out a tree that could be a problem in the future. Does anyone know if I can remove this as I have been informed about preservation laws. I will be planting more trees but a little further away from the house.

best to check with local planning office but i think you need permission if its over a certant hight

Tell them that the trees are attracting starlings and the pile of bird poo is making a bad smell and slipery walking. You will get permission to cut the thing down no problem at all :eek: ;) :)
