Every so often I read a heartening news story involving the battle against climate change and Scotts Porage Oats has provided just that. They are installing a CHP system which will generate electricity and steam to power their plant during the day and produce electricity back to the grid at night.
For me this is the best advert of all for them and I will eat porridge more regularly knowing that it is much healthier for the planet as well as for me.:)
