like this one justine...dont know about if the dog is stolen they could just cut off the collar...but as for lost dogs it a super idea...

Apperently is is cut proof material, and locks, but i thought maybe if you just slipped the collar off the dogs neck then thats that..But i am assunming that once it goes on it stays there....But yes its good if you lose one....
