If my memory serves me right then this is a spectacled owl (at the Hawk conservancy trust in Hampshire) http://www.hawk-conservancy.org/ (http://forum.caithness.org/go.php?url=http://forum.caithness.org/go.php?url=http://www.hawk-conservancy.org/)

This was taken at the Black Isle Wildlife Park a couple of years ago (highly recommended if you wish to up your wildlife image quota!!) Haven't a clue what type of owl this is. (sorry they all look the same to me). I did like the owls dinner in this shot!!

I have not put anything up on the .Org for a while as I have been busy. Time to start again with some owl feathers - I hope you like the colours.
