I wonder if there are any descendants out there of any of the family who owned and ran the Crown Bar/Hotel until Wick went dry? My grandmother was born there and lived there until she was about 16 along with the rest of her family. There were 9 children, parents and granny living there. Her father George Harper Campbell died on 15 December 1911 but the family continued to run the establishment. Several years ago there was a photo in the Scotsman of the Crown Bar take at about 1920ish and I think my grandmother was one of the people in it. I'd really like to make contact with anyone else related to this family.
