Marine Inn - Thurso

Does anyone know what is happening to the old Marine Inn? It's been a few years since I was in it when it was a bar and I have seen it up for sale for ages.

Last visit to my mums it now has scaffolding around it :roll:

The word its going to a big B&B its good that something is going in there it will make a good B&B be a nice view ..
