Does anyone know of any Personal Trainers in the Caithness area?

I heard Gordon Murray did this, but his website has disappeared so not sure if he still does it.

Sandra, how about getting in touch with the folk in the local gyms here. They might know of someone who does this. They would also be qualified to help work out a personal fitness plan for you - not quite the same as a personal trainer, I know, but it would be a start.

Im also interested in this as dont know whats best for me to do and not to do. Suprised that this community doesnt have someone who does this as would make a very good business for someone i would imagine.
