Car help needed!!!!

I have a major prob with my car.
The electric sunroof is jammed open FULL and it wont close, it seems the "internal" sliding cover has lodged in with the sunroof, it wont move for love nor money but the electrics still work.
Does anyone have contact details for Johnny farmer?
I need to get it fixed on the cheap.

I've got a feeling that I've read somewhere that there is a way to wind the sunroof closed manually. What kind of car is it? If you take off the facing where the switch for the sunroof is located there should be something to insert possibly an allen key into to wind the sunroof shut.

Have you checked the fuse for the sunroof?

Is the car out of warranty?

If so, I would look to exerting maximum force along the length of the 'inner panel', maybe get two of you grabbing it? Can you slide long and flexible between the inner and outer, from above maybe, to see if there are any obstructions like a loose clip or something?

Ours got stuck, a wire coat hanger did the trick:)As it did when keys got locked in car!!
