If you go to the top left of the general forum and click on "search this forum", then "search threads" and type in "reputation points" you will get all the threads where this has been discussed/explained in the past Hope this helps.:D

The blue rep points, I understand, are where people have turned their reps off.

no you still receive rep if it is turned off and given as I tried it. It is just when someone has not got enough rep and gives rep.

So every time you are given rep...it gives you 1 point??
