driving me nutsssssss

ok went thru imageshack...following instructions..but how do i get it on here?
there is no tool bar.....or thingi to click on ..im getting computer rage..this is gonna go out the door in a minute......

just a note for anyone who dosent have the tool bar ....go into options and make sue your WYSIWYG EDITOR is selected....only had to search thru endless notices to find this....maybe im just thick...but here you go
