I think someone who steals is bad enough, but to steal from pensioners must be among the lowest of things a person can do, Its sad what greed will do to some folk[disgust]

People who do that don't care about how low something might be or what people might think of them. Pensioners are an easy target so that's what they go for.

Younger people can just put up too much resistance for it to be worth all the trouble. Pensioners are much more easily overwhelmed. (No disrespect to any pensioners out there)
