sorry, i didn't have time to stop, but about 7.30pm this evening i passed a cat lying at the side of the road between west gills and the turning up to scrabster village just as the road starts to descend towards the harbour.
couldn't tell if male or female, but mainly white with black spots on its upper body, the belly looked to be all white.
looked quite a large cat so definately adult.
if it is yours and you can't get to pick him/her up then let me know and i will shoot down and get it in the pick-up for you.
sorry to be the bearer of bad news for someone, but it didn't look squished if that is any consolation
