If y'all like folk music that's got a good groove to it. Or, if you just like to gaze at six, attractive young women. The Shee will be playing two shows not too far from Caithness in late March/ early April. Following a successful stint at the Strathclyde Suite at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow during Celtic Connections, the band are about to begin work on their debut album with Bob Dylan/ Jerry Douglas/ Bela Fleck producer, Bill Vorn Dik.

Here's a couple of clips I took during the band's soundcheck at Celtic Connections. It's a wee bit wobbly, but my excuse was I was trying to stay out the way of the German TV company who were also there filming.

p.s. The Shee have missed out on the opportunity to play Caithness during their highland tour. If there is a decent venue that can justify paying a six-piece band then am sure they'd be delighted to hear from you. They can be contacted via their MySpace: www.myspace.com/theshee
