Sandside today

Not so windy today. :D

First visit at low tide, so I had the opportunity to study the rocks a bit more.

Welcome to the photo forem, refresh my mind what sort of rocks are they, looks like some kind of sandstone by the erosion.

Seems like a combination of thinly-bedded siltstones and sandstones.

I love your photos of Sandside and the tractor isis. You just need to crop your shadow out of the photo.

Have never seen so many oyster catchers as there were this time seems like there had been an invasion.
