try speaking to the council in the recycling section,
maybe the lads on the paper lorry could hold back on the daily records that pass their hands,
and you could remove the tokens,
seem to remember this being done previously,
and there is a huge amount of daily records passing through their hands each week!!!,
both in wick and thurso.
and as the papers are being recycled anyway!!!!!!!!!!!
