Generator Output?

My friend has bought a generator and the manual says it runs at 60 HTz.
As out home electricity runs at 50...as does all the appliances...
How would this (if at all) affect these appliances?

Any help would be appreciated...

It won't affect most appliances, but something finicky like a PC may play up.

Should'nt affect anything, Angel.

It will have the effect of making things like AC motors run faster!

For a PC you will be fine as the PSU converts it all to DC anyway.

Should be ok for most things though.
