Just wondering what do people in caithness look for most when choosing to buy a house. example: area, schools, neighbours etc?

Area is most important to me when choosing some where to live, I have to be happy in my surrondings,the neighbours should seem plesant and area quiet/nice. then i look at the schools in the area!
