Anyone lost a rat?

There is a rat in a neighbours garden.
Doesn't look wild and has a white stripe down it's back.
Has anyone lost their Roland in Pultneytown/Wick?

Know the rats owner but they tried all afternoon to catch it but no joy. Last seen a cat was hanging about.

Give it a week or two and you could be finding little black and white rats running around. They will breed with wild rats so i would be carefull...
