Aquanatal classes

Hi im interested in doing the aquanatal classes again but it is going to be too tricky for me to do the thusday lunchtime class in thurso as i would have to take Lauren with me and she would get cold after 10 mins.
does wick have an evening class on?

If you contact pam at the hospital she can tell you better then anyone, but i am sure it is on at wick swimming pool every thursday at 6.30pm .I remember getting a leaflet of her during my pregnancy with my youngest..Phone the midwives on henderson ward and ask to speak to pam, she runs the classes.

Im suffering with backpain and thought this would be the only form of exercise i would get until this one arrives apart from running after Lauren!
