Giving drivers a hard time again

Well here is one for you all to discuss, as we seem to be going on about car drivers. You may have noticed that by the entrance to the old wood yard in Thurso, there is now another yellow box junction (or half one). Wonder what this means, answers please on a postcard please.

I'd imagine it has the same implications as any other yellow-box junction. You shouldn't enter it unless your way out is clear, modulo oncoming traffic. :confused
