Me again, and another request! Does anyone know when or if there is a keep fit class held in Thurso, I can only fine one in Halkirk. Time to start commiting to my new years resolution!!

I believe there's one at Mount Pleasant 7.30pm Thursday.

hello - there is a step class and a tai bo class at mount pleasant, not sure which nights. The swimming pool have also started an aquarobics class on a wednesday night.

best exercise is free though - get walking fast with the pram!! maybe not tomorrow though.
