Totally agree with you! But have all the women out there noticed how when we get a cold we have to carry on as normal, but the men think they are so much more ill and just have to lie on the couch? They always seem to get it so much worse than us girls. Very strange...

I often wonder why, whenever I have had to visit the Doctor's I am invariably confronted by a waiting room full of women when it's supposed to be the men who can't cope with being slightly off colour?

It's probably because they suffer from high blood pressure looking after their husbands who have a slight sniffle. lol

Ooh, that did make me chuckle :lol: and to make matters worse, Hubby walked in and caught most of it, then announced that it was good to see me watching educational programs!! :eek: So now that I know the facts he'll never have to resort to ringing 999!!

Now girls, stop laughing, I have a victim here right now - he's attending to his illness with a hot toddie.

He's a sorry sight indeed, it really is quite a debilitating illness, although he did manage to summon up enough energy this evening to play ProEvo for a while...;)


Incidentally, the hot toddie... I told him to make me a cuppa whilst he was on his feet![lol]
