Nice - is that an American Tele? , I`m in the market for a Strat of some type and a Mesa to go along with it

Strat

Mesa

yup that is a nice strat :) locking machines on it to which are just the job got them on my patrick eggle
i saw a robert cray standard signature model on either soundlive or soundcontrol for about 600 odd
which is a great price for what i believe is a very nice strat, think my next purchase is either going to be a srv signature or a fender showmaster (love the quilt maple finish on them) link to mesa is invalid

its a mexican eh,

the third pickup in it is a tex mex strat one and from reviews and price you can get one new alot of people are saying it is pretty much the best value for money telecaster you can get.

yeah i love mesa's using a peavey classic 30 valve amp atm one of my friends has a mesa studio 22+ that at some point im getting for £150
needs some new valves though, if you are after a mesa but dont want to remortage house you should check that amp out you can probably get it of ebay quite cheap these days.

I`ve got a mexican strat and I can honestly say you can`t feel any difference between a mexican strat and an american strat...saying that you can feel the difference with a squire...cool to have the third pickup it`ll give you more tonal options...the mesa boogie is pricey (about £2,500 ish for a decent one) but you only live once!!

heeh suppose :) my friend through in inverness got a triple rectifier after getting compensation from a nasty assault he received by some prat who was looking for a fight.

heck of a sound out of them, think though my next amp purchase when i have the money is going to be a cornford stack, tried one at a guitar show and was blown away by the tone
