Where do I get in touch with the dog warden? I've tried phoning the number off the council site but get no answer??
I'm getting fed up of a neighbours dog doing his business in my garden, he was reported previously by another neighbour and fined but he has just started letting the poor dog roam again. I feel sorry for the poor dog as its his owner thats not being responsible.
