I started a long time ago adding to a list of Bridges in Caithness and it can be found at http://www.caithness.org/links/bridges.htm

I had hoped to add more and there are probably more photos on the site but time has overtaken me on that one.

Can anyone guess the location of this one? (its was well hidden - at least from me!!)

This one's obviously not in Caithness (but very close!!) - of course good old Kylescue (on a very wet dull day last summer!!)

Here is one of my first attempts in doing night shots from a couple of years ago... so please do excuse the quality ;-)

I should make the effort and go back down there... Thurso Bridge

Is that bridge just up from Castletown beach where the mill stream comes down Deemac?

Not sure of that - but you have the right village. This bridge is at the bend going out of Castletown (towards Wick), past the primary school (just before the uphill corner). Its situated parallel with the main road bridge. I only spotted it because I was on the pedal bike out for a photographic "run" (as one is inclined to do on a good weather day!!) In the car you wouldn't see it.:Razz

There are some interesting stone dams below the bridge which should be visible at this time of year.
