Where to get fit in Thurso?

I would like to do some exercise classes in Thurso but not sure what is available or where to find out! Can anyone recommend a good class or a particular type of exercise? Thank you.

The Body Centre have a class in Mount Pleasant School on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. Class starts at 7:30pm but not sure of the costs.

My sister just came home from Bolivia and she got really fit using a system of dance and exercise called ZUMBA - The DVD set she had is really very easy and well worth looking up on Ebay!!
