We have had good experience with Pentland Construction, they were reasonably priced, fast to carry out the work and not a problem since.

I've never heard of them.

Since you've posted this on a public, and local, forum, I think it would be fairer to say what your problem is here with the firm you mention, compare notes and then ask if anyone here has had a similar experience. What's your problem Flam?
