Weight Watchers??

Hi, I would love to lose a few pounds which are stuck on. I have heard weight watchers are really good. Does anyone know of anything like this in wick and what can you tell me about it?

There isn't a Weight Watchers in Wick at the moment but there is a Scottish Slimmers. Meetings on a Wednesday in the Assembly Rooms about 5.40. There are sessions in the morning but Im not sure of the times. Fiona and Irene who run it are very encouraging. Come along and join. Its certainly helped me loads.
