For those of you going on the lash tonight in thurso, the holburn is opening again after renovation at 7pm tonight. Ive had a sneak preview and its looking good!!!

under new ownership now, and completetly revampded put it this way on sat night you couldnt fit anyone else in and everywhere else was quiet!!

i think its gonna take a lot more than a lick of paint and a new owner to pick the Holburn up. just because it was busy on its first night, doesn't mean that its gonna be busy all the time. revamp any pub in town and the results will be the same. people go to see whats been changed.

good luck to the new owner.... they've got a big job ahead of them
