I've been a good girl all year
It's Christmas Day next week,
It draws nearer as I speak.
As well as the many toys
For the millions of girls and boys
Bring them happiness and good health
More important than money or wealth.
Bring the parents in all the nations
A parcel of extra patience
And a bottle of good cheer
