A tortoisehell cat, wearing a red collar, has been found at the Blackstairs in Wick.
It is very thin so has obviously been 'living rough' for a long time and it's coat is extremly matted. :(
It is now in foster care and being given some TLC to bring it back to full health.
If this is your cat, or you know whose it is, please pm me.
I had originally posted that it was a ginger cat as we were told it was by the person who found it.
The poor wee thing wouldn't have survived much longer so it is just as well this kind person contacted us.
Really hope we can reunite it with it's owner or, when it is well enough, find it a nice new home. It is a very friendly wee thing despite it's ordeal.
