What is your favourite meal of the day..and why?

I eat pretty healthy ranges of carbs, proteins and veg at brekkie, lunch and dinner.

However...I do love supper which consists of all sorts of lovelieness of my own choosing!;)

How about you?

Agreed!

Went away for a week..cooked breakfast wi' lashings of toast and tea..felt bloomin' marvellous!:D

Nae kippers in the lake district mind!

we asked for the breakfast menu when we arrived and were told we could have anything we liked..

..you can imagine the menu we devised!;)

I wonder if they would have been obliged to provide us with the caviar and smoked salmon wi' bellini and freshly plucked quails eggs!

On the day we left they couldn't even provide us with the farm eggs from their estate cooked as breakfast..and I forbore to scare the chooks!

They had a farm shop and we bought the sausages!

£40/per person/per night ..B&B.

Ye pluck a quails egg from under the quail....

..ye then run away..taunting the quail...and hope that Northener has upturned his lampshade and is scooping in yer wake!

Is there another way?

I don't have set meal times just eat when im hungry.
Sometimes i do not eat until late at night. All depends on what im doing and how i feel.

It's a known fact that we need to eat regularly through the day - it's better for our bodies and our long term health.

This link gives a few reasons why we shouldn't skip meals during the day.

My fave meal is dinner, especially pudding - i've got a sweet tooth. I find if I have a full English breakfast I feel tired and sluggish for the rest of the day - my body can't cope with too much food too early on in the day! I do enjoy it while I'm eating it, but regret it later!! :)
