wreaths at the north head??

Does anyone know why there are 2 wreathes at the north head (Just beside the sign post at the sewage treatnent plant) one says mum and the other granny.

Before this descends into a slagging match, may I say I don't think you will get many replies as these things can be very personal and if the people concerned wanted all and sundry to know who they are for I'm sure they would have made it obvious.

I should think that the wreaths are there in memory of someone very dear; possibly someone who liked to look at the view from that spot.
