does anyone know someone in thurso that does cartoon paintings on window for xmas, that isnt to expensive?

You could try Le'Art here (http://www.leart.co.uk) - they have done the Legion in Thurso for the past few years, as well as Sutherlands Chemist, Mackays Butchers, and a number of private ones. They also do paintings on kids bedroom walls.
