Buses from thurso to Wick and back

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone knows what time the buses are to Wick from Thurso?

I need to be in Wick before ten on friday, and would rather catch the bus near the hospital.....then, was also wondering where i would have to catch the bus in Wick to get dropped off the same place i got picked up.
