Barking dog

Who can I contact about a neighbours dog that barks all afternoon. Must be hoarse some days. Please dont say the owners - not very friendly

Hi, the folk you need to contact is the enviromental health dept of the local council, but if you feel the dog is being neglected,mistreated, is in pain or suffering then contact the SSPCA, they cant do anything about just normal barking though. Hope this helps and good luck.

Yes, I think the dog warden, through your local council office is the best. I think Police and S.P.C.A. will only do something if the animal is starved or mistreated.:confused
