My mum always told me to commend good service...so here goes.
I (foolishly it seems) tried to order ladies patterned Joules Welly boots. Twice the companies I tried took my money, processed the order, emailed me and told me the products were out of stock. Mightily miffed!.
On the advice of a relative, I tried W A Geddes in Wick. The products were available, in my size and the service was perfect. Better than that...the prices were cheaper than online.
It was also suggested that should I require further products that I phone the store and they would send the items to Thurso for me to try on, and if I didn't like them they would take them back. I will be back in the future.
