Unfortunately the info. in calish6's link shows start/completion dates which are already past. Is there an update on when phase 2 will start or can we just take it that it'll start as soon as phase 1 is complete?

phase 2 is out for tender at the moment and i believe that it is a bridge from the south end of phase 1 to the corner at navadale hotel but i could be wrong
