People and their jobs

I would like to start a new thread along the lines of people and their jobs. There are lots of jobs that go on in the Caithness (and Sutherland) areas. Can you put up photos of people doing their jobs (ask permission though first). This should be able to show the diversity of the area.

Please put up all sorts of photos from all sorts of jobs - the county is your oyster. I'm sure we've got glassblowers, tea makers, greens-men, blacksmiths, builders, drivers, carers, designers, farmers etc. Grab that camera and get out there.:cool:

The photo that I am putting up is of Geordie King, local fisherman, in Anitra. I have several photos of this boat - there is always lots of colour and action.

OK, I'm not showing any diversity here - back to Scrabster and fishing.

The guys of the Farnella kindly let me aboard to take some photos. This is excellent, except that I realised that I had left my short range lens on the table at home - pah!
These guys had only just got back through a force 10 gale, and they were still happy....

Thanks to the Farnella boys for inviting me on board and making me feel welcome. I hope I can meet them again with the correct lens on my camera next time.

Great shots psyberyeti! That was really kind of the boys to let you on board! I am sure you took more than that???

I couldnt actually post a photo of me doing my (previous) job, but I have a photo of some results of what I did pre-kids :-), gonna go looking for it now...
