A sea going landing craft? I would not like to be caught in anything over a Force 2 in that thing

psyberyeti,
hey it floats and has an engine and moves so in my book that's 'some sort of boat' lol Cape Wrath is definately not an option today for it anyway lmao

I like boats. My wife threatens to leave me every time I divert off the main road into Scrabster "just to see if there is anything interesting in". I'm not sure if she means leave me standing there without transport in Scrabster, or I'll find my clothes on the grass outside when I do find my way home. ;-)

Thanks Tuggs. Saved to favourites and will investigate the site further this weekend. I use a scope to see the names of boats going across Torrisdale Bay, then look them up on the web to see where their manifest says they are going. It helps to break up report writing a bit.:D It's just a bit of escapism. Honestly, I don't have a Parka and a note book of boat spotting.

He he lads it's the other way round with me and hubby, I'm the one that never misses a chance for a mooch round the harbour with the camera.
It's always worth a visit especially when the fishing boats are unloading.

Yup grumpyhippo, that is a wonderful shot:). It almost looks like a model boat. How did we think along the same lines when so many boats go by??
