how tall is everyone?
i am 5 ft 4.5 inches tall dad's 5"10 mums 5"8 and older sis is about 5"3 and younger brother is 6"2
just curious......................:D
I am 5' 11 3/4" (the 3/4 is VERY important almost six feet!) my wife is 5' 3" though she seems taller when we go out mmmmmmmmmm...... wonder how that is? must be a female thing. Maybe I should contact NASA as to why that is. :)
On a more serious not my Mum was 5' 2" and my Dad was 5' 5". I think I got my height from my mother.Her constant nagging to eat all my veg and I'll grow up to be big and strong seems to have worked. So parents take note keep telling the kids it does work :)

Im five feet eight hubby is six feet three................. nearly always the tallest couple in the room :lol:

i'm 5' 2" , the neep is 5' 7" ish, my mum was 5' 4" and my dad was 5'10" the neeps dad was 6' 5" :)

I'm 5'8", hubby is 6'0". Son #1 is 6'2", Son #2 is 6'3"...and daughter (11) is still growing. If she outstrips me, I'll be the shortest in the family!
My dog is peedie tho...

I'm 5'9", one son same height but still growing, other son 6'3.5" - but my father was 6'5" and grandfather 6'7", so i am a real shorty!
I'm just a fraction over 5'4". I do envy you ladies with a bit of height - my dad was 6'0", my mum 5'5", so I'd expected to grow more!
I'm now the shortest in the family - both my daughters are taller than me and my son's 6'1". They tend to pat their "wee mum" on the head! Some days I wonder if perhaps I'm shrinking...:confused :eek:

Well I'm nearly 5'2":eek:! Everyone else in my family is normal though.
When my kids were younger we used to watch a cartoon about a 'very little' girl called Madeline, and one of the theme songs went something like...
'I may be teeny tiny,
Diminutive, petite....
(blah blah blah....)
But inside, I'm tall!'
That's me[lol]!!
Im 5ft 1ins and gosh is that 1ins special brothers are both over 6ft think I lost out somewhere although good things come in small packages and yes before you answer so does poison !!!
I'm only 5'2 1/2" 3 out of 4 brothers over 6' so I'm the tiny one

5' 1" and a half. yes the half is important. when your 14 year old sister is bigger than you.
You are in good company then peedie as I am the same height as you :) mind you I spent half my life convinced that I was 5'3" and was totally gutted when I was told i wasn't :( x

awww what a let down! (literally !) i've always been short, but my mum and dad are only wee. however the health visitor told my mum i'd be 6'.... oops!
176cm ;) Or 5' 9" and a bit.

I used to be 5ft 6 but recently got measured and have shrunk to 5ft 5 :lol:
hubby is 6ft 1.5
Five Foot Four
...which is mighty tall enough if you are as accident prone as I am.
Best to be close to the ground!;)

it's interesting to see how tall people are, i watched a program the other day about tall people, most were over 7 feet but one was 8 foot something....i really would hate to be that tall...it must be very awkward
4' 11 1/2"...I live in fear of getting shorter as I get older.

I'm 5' 6" and Mrs Bob is just a wee bit shorter - probably 5' 5½" at a guess.
My family are/were all short but there are a few taller ones on her side so we'll have to wait and see how the wee Bobs' turn out!

Feeling fairly average here at 5'6". OH is 5'9". My brother is well over 6 feet and the tallest in the family. I have high hopes (no pun intended) for the wifie bairns though!

I am 5,10 female, all my brothers and sisters are the same height or taller.
My youngest brother is 6ft 5.
Parents are 5,7 (mother) 6ft (father).
Grandfather (on my father's side) was 5ft 5, his father was 6ft 7....
My mother's side are all pretty average heights.
Think we were just well fed!

My better haf is 5'8.
My mother calls him short(bad word removed)! but I think he's lovely.;)
6'2" and feeling short compared to my 6'7" cousins....

Guess I'll just tag along with the "littler 'uns" as I'm 5ft 2".
I'm 6ft 2"... but most of the time I'm about 6ft

I'm 6 ft 3ish (6 ft 5 when I first get out of bed!). I am so glad I took after my dad who was also 6 ft 3, not my mum who at her tallest topped out at 5 ft 1!

Sounds a bit like my family. My Dad is 6"5', my Mum tell's everyone she is 5", but I don't know about that.
I am 5"7' and Dave is 6".
