Circuit training...info request

Can anyone tell me if there are any circuit training sessions in the Thurso/Halkirk area? I have been looking online and all I can find is various types of martial arts etc...:)

In addition are there any exercise classes for men of any kind...seems to be plenty scope for women but not a lot for blokes.

Kate Stewert ( The Body Centre) will accept men at her classes. Mount Pleasant School on Mon, Tues and Thurs nights. 7.30 - 8.30. However, they dont seem to stay long. Must be too much like hard work for them[lol]
